Race Selection
1. Human: +3% defense, +3 feats.
2. Dragonborn : +3% Power, +3% Crit, 5% incoming healing +2 Stregth +2Con. The incoming heal and +2 any are very useful.
3. Half Orc : worth considering for +5% crit severity
Starting Roll: Highest Constitution and Stregthn roll you can get. This build doesn't require deflect as we are going for dps.
Paragon Path
Sword Master is the only choice as we get Steel Defense and Weapon Master Strike. Use Steel Defense until you get the hang of managing your stamina.
Mark a target and then Block incoming enemy attack to help fill Shield Warrior's Wrath up to 5 Stacks for 20% dmg boost and also begin filling AP. After first the enimies first attack pop Line Breaker Assult into oncoming mob which builds damage Resistance 2.5% per target hit. Line Breaker Assult will add alot of AP. Drop Vilani's Menace for 20% dmg boost and 20% dmg resistance. Pop Into the Fray, Damage Resistance should be at 80% from Vilani's Menace Knights Valor (40%), and Line Breaker Assult. Into the Fray's Damage boost is 100% (at rank 4) of Damage Resistance so this should be a big Party dmg boost. Knights Valor is Important as it gives you 30% dmg resist and party protection but just as importantly keeps Shield Warrior's Wrath at 5 Stacks, Wreckless Attacker at 5 stacks, and Yeti and Galeb Duhr compainons giveing you 10% dmg boosts as well. The hits your party takes counts as hits to you as long as you are blocking, remember Sheild Warrior's Wrath requires the hits you take be while you are blocking to keep it full. You can't keep your Shield up forever which is were Tide of Iron comes in, ensure you hit with it from time to time to charge up your stamina. Essentialy with damage resist at 80% you won't need your shield all the time, but you will need it to protect from the big hits like the back hands in the Epic Temple of Spider boss fights and to keep Shield Warrior's Wrath at 5 Stacks. This is the most important part of this build if yoou want to dps and tank, You mush carefully manage stamina so you have the shield when you need it.

Weapon Set
I am using the Twisted Set, it works very well. I have no problem keeping Blood Lust a 24 Stacks (max) for 165 power per stack. This is a huge dmg boost. The onltime I get many stacks of Paranoia for defense is in Valindra's Tower with KV on during the AoE phase and I or someone else is standing in the wraiths that chase. I is quite nice in these instances. It takes about 2 hits to get back to 24 stacks of Blood Lust. The Bleed effect from critical hits (conq feat) is I believe what keeps it stacked up.
Armor/Weapon Enchantments
-
Negation for Armor: 10 stacks give Damage Resist 30% at perfect. +10% Incoming Healing at Pure, and +10% Recovery at Trancendent. This is by far and away the best GF enchant. Helps Into the Fray give the best buff possible and allows you to use it more frequently.
-
Vorpal: If your crit is high engough . Don't forget Reckless Attacker (Conq cap) gives additional 10% crit chance when at 5 stacks.
-
Trancendent Fey Touch: 18% damage boost and steals 18% enemy power
-
Plague Fire - debuff and DoT, this is the best
